A powerful yet simple EHR solution

GMA Healthcare Partners With Two New Clients

CARY, NC – GMA Healthcare, a leading provider of NextGen healthcare solutions, announces partnerships with two of their newest clients – Internal Medicine Associates of Raleigh and Scotland Medical Center in Laurinburg, North Carolina.

“GMA allowed us to make the transition to EHR without experiencing a significant decrease in patient volume or asking our physicians to change the way they practice medicine. They gave us the personal attention we needed to make the process as smooth as possible,” says Claire Spinks, practice manager for Internal Medicine Associates of Raleigh.

The practice’s now fully implemented EHR system was integrated with their current electronic practice management software and includes a bi-directional lab interface and customized templates tailored to the five physicians’ pre-existing workflow.

Scotland Medical Center, a three physician internal medicine practice located in Laurinburg, NC, chose GMA Healthcare for both EPM and EHR implementation.

“As a consultant who has seen numerous failed EHR implementations, I am thrilled to be working on a PM/EHR implementation with GMA. Their assistance and organization throughout this process have given the staff and the physicians greater confidence throughout this transition. GMA’s attention to detail and staff support exceeds anything I’ve encountered,” says Lindley A. Fleury, practice management consultant with Carolina Physicians Resources who has helped numerous practices select and implement EHR systems, including Scotland Medical Center.
